ABOUT

Welcome to our Homestead!

Join us in crossing a vintage, one-lane Indiana bridge and onto the majestic, wooded island where Red Tail Farm—established in 1935 as the Hoke Farm, and converted into an event venue in 2009—offers a unique, charming, and timeless backdrop for the countryside wedding or homestead marriage celebration of your dreams.

Our one-of-a-kind countryside wedding venue, nestled along the picturesque banks of the Elkhart River, offers sweeping, pastoral scenes and breathtaking views of open swaths of land once roamed by the Potawatomi and once home to chestnut, pawpaw, cherry, peach, apple, and pear trees. A lovely circular ceremony grove and our comfortable, beautifully-restored 1935 English three-bay threshing barn are perfect centerpieces for an authentic homestead wedding experience that your family and friends will remember for years to come.

The natural, rustic beauty of Red Tail Farm is unmatched, and our hard-working, friendly, and experienced wedding staff is dedicated to providing you and your party with the most relaxed and unforgettable countryside wedding experience.

Your happily-ever-after starts, here, at Red Tail Farm.

A huge thank you to Adam and Anna for making our wedding day special! From helping us set up and tear down to giving the kiddos rides on tractors and taking them to see the animals! Couldn’t have been a better day! All of our guest loved your beautiful farm!”
