Red Tail Farm is a seasonal venue recently upgraded with beautiful all-glass overhead doors to retain our open-air ambiance while hedging against inclement weather.
We currently have no more availability for wedding reservations for our 2026 or 2027 seasons (though openings via cancellation, etc. may occasionally arise).

Friday Event 2026
Starting at $2,495
Access to the grounds provided between 9 a.m. and 12 a.m.
Saturday Event 2026
Starting at $2,995
Access to the grounds provided between 9 a.m. and 12 a.m.
Friday Add-On +$695
(4 hour block of time on the Friday immediately preceding a Saturday event only. To be used for rehearsal, extra set up and decorating time. May be booked between 3 p.m. – 9 p.m., for 4 consecutive hours. You may have up to 25 people at the property. Subject to availability.)
In addition to the base rates, Red Tail Farm offers bar packages and other add-on options to make your event complete.
What’s Included in Our Packages
- A beautifully restored and adapted 1935 English Three-Bay Threshing Barn that can accommodate up to 175 people
- Circular outdoor Ceremony Grove
- Tables
- Twenty-two (22) round tables (60” or 5ft in diameter). Each table seats up to eight (8).
- Five (5) 8ft rectangular tables
- Four (4) 6ft rectangular tables
- One (1) 5 ft rectangular table
- Three (3) 4ft rectangular table
- Sound Systems in both the Barn and Ceremony Grove
- Chairs
- 300 natural wooden folding chairs with padded seat. (Please note the maximum number of people we can accommodate is 175)
- Bridal Suite – Air conditioned, full-length and wall-mounted mirrors, garment racks, hooks, USB outlets for device charging
- Groom’s Changing Area
- Indoor restrooms
- Golf Cart shuttle
- Decorative lighting in barn
- Catering Prep Space
- Commercial fridge, cast-iron sink (with running hot water), 2 small freezers, and workspace
- Parking lot with attendants
- Two Additional Planning Visits with the Barn Manager
