Red Tail Farm is an open air, seasonal venue. We host events from mid-May until mid-October. Events can be customized with add-on options and bar packages.
Packages
Friday Event
Starting at $2,695
Access to the grounds provided between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. (post-event tear down until midnight).
Saturday Event
Starting at $2,995
Access to the grounds provided between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. (post-event tear down until midnight).
Friday Add-On +$995
(5 hour block of time on the Friday immediately preceding a Saturday event only. To be used for rehearsal, extra set up and decorating time. May be booked between 2 p.m. – 10 p.m., for 5 consecutive hours. You may have up to 25 people at the property. Subject to availability.)
Sunday Event
Starting at $1,595
Access to the grounds provided between 12 and 8 p.m. (no additional set up or tear down time).
In addition to the base rates, Red Tail Farm offers bar packages and other add-on options to make your event complete.
What’s Included in Our Packages
- A Beautifully restored and adapted 1935 English Three-Bay Threshing Barn that can accommodate up to 175 people
- Circular Outdoor Ceremony Grove
- Tables
- Twenty-two (22) round tables (60” or 5ft in diameter). Each table seats up to eight (8).
- Five (5) 8ft rectangular tables
- Four (4) 6ft rectangular tables
- One (1) 5 ft rectangular table
- Three (3) 4ft rectangular table
- Chairs
- 300 natural wooden folding chairs with padded seat. (Please note the maximum number of people we can accommodate is 175)
- Bridal Suite
- Air conditioned, full-length and wall-mounted mirrors, garment racks, hooks, USB outlets for device charging
- Groom’s Changing Area
- Indoor restrooms
- Golf Cart shuttle
- Decorative lighting in barn
- Catering Prep Space
- Commercial fridge, cast-iron sink (with running hot water), small chest freezer, and workspace
- Parking lot with attendants
- Two Additional Planning Visits with the Barn Manager
SIMPLE SUNDAYS
Looking for something intimate but not overwhelming? Then our Simple Sunday option might be for you.
Sundays at Red Tail are reserved for micro weddings and events with up to 75 guests. You would have access to the property from noon – 8 p.m.
No loud music please. This time frame includes all set up and tear down time.
Sunday rentals are only available in May-June or September-October.
