Bar Packages
Your Bar, Your Way
Red Tail Farm offers several bar service options. You can choose a host bar, a cash bar, or a combination of the two. Please note we are the sole provider of alcoholic beverages on the premises. No personal alcohol is permitted.
Host Bar: The cost of drinks is covered by the host. Please note there is a 2-hour minimum for this option.
Cash/Card Bar: The cost of drinks is covered by guests. We take cash, cards, Apple/Android Pay.
Combination: You can choose to have an open bar for a limited period of time (2 hr minimum) and then switch to a cash bar.

Host Bar
Host bars must be open a minimum of 2 hours and cannot be open longer than 6 hours.
7% sales tax and an automatic gratuity of 18% are applied to all host bar packages.
Host Bar Package pricing includes bartenders.
For non-alcoholic cocktail options the bar stocks a selection of soft drinks, tonic water, club soda, orange juice and cranberry juice.
Wine & Beer
Includes red, white and sweet wines, domestic and craft beers (eg. Bud Lite, Miller Lite, Coors Lite, Mich Ultra, White Claw, Angry Orchard, Gumballhead, Two Hearted)
$6 per person per hour
Wine, Beer & Cocktails
Includes red, white and sweet wines, domestic and craft beer options, as well as a selection of spirits and mixers.
$7.50 per person per hour
Cash Bar
Includes wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic options. Price range is typically between $1 – $7.50/drink.
There is a $600 minimum on cash bar sales for Friday and Saturday events.
The cash bar minimum for Sunday events is $300.
Cash bars must be open a minimum of 2 hours and cannot be open longer than 6 hours.
Bartenders are required and charged separately.
Combination Bar
Get the best of both worlds! Start with a host bar and then switch to a cash bar.
2 hr time minimum for the Host Bar applies, however, once you switch to a cash bar the sales minimum does not apply.
Champagne Service
Champagne/Sparkling wine is available upon request and priced per bottle. Pricing is $25 per bottle.
PLEASE NOTE: the per person charge is applied to all guests age 21+. Your final count of 21+ guests must be provided one month ahead of time.
Important Notes
Red Tail Farm is the sole provider and server of alcohol on the premises.
We have an alcoholic beverage permit (same as a restaurant), therefore NO personal alcohol is permitted. You can’t bring your own alcohol to a restaurant, so please don’t bring it here.
All bar packages require a bartender. Only Red Tail Farm bartenders are permitted. Host Bar package include bartending fees.
Your final count of 21+ guests must be provided 1 month ahead of time.
Bartenders are charged separately at $30/hour for all cash bars. Only one bartender is required. An hour of preparation before the bar opens and a half hour of clean up after the bar closes shall be included when determining the Bartender Amount.
All alcohol service ends no later than 11pm. No shots. No pitchers. No BYOB.
All host bar packages are subject to current sales tax (7%) + 18% gratuity.

The farm provides clear, plastic glassware for all bar/beverage services. If you would like to have real glass or stemware, you will need to provide those items.
Table service for food and beverage, if desired, should be arranged with your caterer.
My husband and I knew we wanted a rustic wedding, and we were on the hunt for a barn or other rustic area around Goshen. After a tour of Red Tail Farm we knew immediately we wanted to get married there.
The location was beautiful—close enough to main streets, but set far enough away to have privacy and beautiful scenery. The grove was perfect for what we envisioned for an outdoor wedding, and the barn, complete with twinkle lights, newly remodelled woodwork, and new furniture added to the ambience and truly made a day to remember. I would highly suggest Red Tail Farm for any couples looking to get married in a local, comfortable, and beautiful space!
